Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree: A solid educational background in Graphic Design.
- Experience:
- 5-7 years of proven experience in Graphic Design roles.
- Portfolio: A demonstrable portfolio showcasing your exceptional graphic design skills.
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in computer-aided design software including Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Aftereffects, etc.
- Bonus Skills: Motion graphics experience would be advantageous.
- Visual Expertise: A discerning eye for exceptional visual composition.
- Diverse Skill Set: Proficiency in marketing, Social Media Promotion, production script, corporate identity, advertisements, product packaging, and multimedia design.
- Time Management: Effective time management skills to meet project deadlines consistently.
- Constructive Criticism: Openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze design briefs and project requirements effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of design work.
- Flexibility: Adaptability to evolving project scopes and requirements.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Visual Acuity: A strong eye for visual composition and aesthetics.
