Job Location : Head Office
Job Purpose:
Responsible in day-to-day duties pertaining to management of bank's litigation, control of legal risks, engagement with strategic partners in business and justice delivery as well as advising branches and head office departments on matters with actual and/or potential legal implications.

Job Purpose:
Responsible in day-to-day duties pertaining to management of bank's litigation, control of legal risks, engagement with strategic partners in business and justice delivery as well as advising branches and head office departments on matters with actual and/or potential legal implications.
- Attend courts/tribunals and to represent the bank.
- Review and/or draft pleadings.
- Support external legal counsels in obtaining witnesses and evidence/documents.
- Arrange and participate in case preparation meetings.
- Oversee Primary court cases from initial stage to finalization and update cases tracker.
- Follow up on, receive external counsel's reports and update litigation report/ Legal system.
- Prepare monthly lists of completed cases and follow up on recovery of legal fee from completed cases.
- Respond to branches and other departments' e-mails and queries related to Litigation.
- Support the recovery of outstanding loans through criminal action where loans are tainted with elements of criminality.
- Assist to prepare quarterly litigation reports
- Ensure the execution of TRA Agency Notices end-to-end.
- Ensure the compliance to probate orders for account closure and Garnishee orders to ensure mitigation of risks related to delayed or non-compliance.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by the Head of Legal from time to time

Digital Graphic Designer (1 Position(s))
Job Location : Head Office
Job Purpose:
Oversee the artistic design of the bank's digital assets for multimedia and graphics projects while tracking the success of the designs, and using the data and analytics to determine which graphics perform the best.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, produce, and manage interactive online content, including email templates, social media, and promotional artwork, and informative e-fliers, e-brochure etc.
- Prepare concepts for each project and presenting the design ideas to all the relevant stakeholders.
- Plan, film, and edit videos that could be used for a variety of projects such as movies, advertisements, or television shows.
- Collaborate with the digital sales and communication teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and social media/website standards.
- Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
- Transform wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes into intuitive high-quality user interfaces
- Review product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement.
- Work with the ICT and Innovation departments, internal and external designers to oversee the smooth implementation of new content, to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
- Provide advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and promotional events.
- Branding of various elements in the market not limited to digital advertising.
- Responsible for all photographic direction for digital execution.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Creative and innovative mind with an artistic flair.
- Core knowledge about marketing-related subjects such as advertising, consumer behavior, digital marketing strategy, market research.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Digital Marketing, Arts Advertising, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or relevant fields of study.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience with proven track record in a professional digital design role.
- A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity.
Legal Counsel; Retail Business (2 Position(s))
Job Location : Head Office
Job Purpose:
Responsible in preparation of security documentations and other lending related contracts under the retail business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drafting, preparation and review of security documents and other lending related contracts for retail clients.
- Follow up on registration of security documents.
- Provide legal opinion to the respective business units, branches and other Committees within the bank when requested.
- Check and acknowledge receipt of security documents submitted to Legal for safe custody.
- Follow up with respective departments/branches on issues that are pending including return of security documents for safe custody.
- Train branch officials on different lending procedures, documentation, and registration procedures.
- Support all NMB branches in all legal Retail lending issues (more than 230 branches).
- Respond to security documents status queries from branches and other departments.
- Assist with the discharge of security documents and transfers under power of sale.
- Prepare reports as directed by the supervisor.
- Support the Litigation Unit as requested by the Head of Legal.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of Legal, Compliance and experience in drafting of legal documents.
- Must have sufficient knowledge of all legal regulations in Tanzania.
