BRANCH MANAGER POSITION:
Location: Mwanza & Arusha
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensure the long-term prosperity of the business
· Manage human resource
· Meet financial targets
· Retail business management
· Sales management
· Segmentation Management
· Branch management responsibility
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE :
4 years Commercial Banking experience at branch level.
• Excellent knowledge of retail banking products and sales processes across multiple channels as well as good understanding of risk management and procedures.
• Experience in first hand customer dealings.
• Proven track record in team management.
• Excellent oral and written skill in local language and English.
• Excellent user knowledge of the MSOffice suite, including knowledge of MS Project and integration capabilities of MSWord, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

• Excellent selling, relationship building & Listening skills
ACCOUNTS RELATIONSHIP OFFICER:
Location: Arusha & Dar es Salaam
RESPONSIBILITIES

· Ensure good levels of customer service
· Meet financial targets
· Management of a portfolio of personal
· Sales management
· Adopt “hands on” approach to client contact and follow up.
· Champion the BancABC customer experience
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE :
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a Relationship Management or similar role preferably in a personal and SME market segment or Corporate Banking.
• Broad based knowledge of financial products and services, financial markets and economic environments.
• Excellent understanding of financial statements and credit risk analysis.
• Ability to research and aggressively source new business through own initiatives.
