1. Teaching Assistants – 100 Vacancies
Role purpose

To deliver high quality and efficient customer services to internal and external teaching center/schools customers, meeting customers’ needs and enabling the British Council to achieve its objectives. To support the Teaching Centre in the delivery of quality courses (especially Young Learners), by assisting teachers to monitor young learners.

Main opportunities/challenges for this role
 To support and assist the Teaching Centers/schools' operations and customer service, in the day-to- day delivery of quality courses.
 To deal with sometimes difficult YL behavior, and to communicate professionally, appropriately, and effectively with YL parents.
 To deal with customers, students, and colleagues from a wealth of diverse backgrounds.

Main Accountabilities - Young Learner Support
 Acting as a Young Learner Teaching Assistant to support teachers delivering classes to children.
 Monitoring and encouraging good learner behavior in and outside of the classroom.
 Ensuring Safeguarding and Health and Safety standards are met.
 Supporting teachers in and out of the classroom with Early Years, Early Primary, Primary, Early Secondary, and Secondary students.
 Acting as a translator for lower levels.
 Assisting teachers in young learner lessons.
 Supervising young learners who need to leave the classroom (e.g., to go to the toilet or if they are feeling unwell) as directed by the teacher.
 Assisting in maintaining good classroom and behaviour management.
 Supporting young learners in participating in learning activities.
 Liaising with YL coordinator, teaching centre operations team/Customer Services Manager in relation to absent young learners and, If necessary, adult students.

Customer Services
 Meeting and greeting students on the first day of courses each term.
 Coordinating the customer flow during registration periods by assisting and ushering
students through the customer journey.
 Handling second-level (specific) enquiries or referring them to the appropriate
person within the office who can address them.
 Responding appropriately to email and letter enquiries.

Administration
 Collaborating with the Operations team and Customer Services to monitor and update waiting lists according to agreed standards.
 Working with the Teaching Centre, Operations team, and Customer Services to notify customers about new classes, courses, and any changes to class schedules.
 Ensuring that British Council tests, registration forms, class fill, class lists, registers, timetables, and other documents are handled in accordance with agreed information management standards.
 Participating in the implementation of the Teaching Centre s marketing and promotion strategy by assisting in the distribution, collection, and collation of surveys, feedback forms, etc.
 Preparing and printing Young Learner (YL) reports.
 Adding Young Learner students and modules to the Learning Management System (LMS), addressing issues with parents and students regarding LMS, and sharing the LMS guidance video with parents. Assisting parents in logging in to the LMS and guiding them through the necessary steps.

2. District Education Coordinators – 30 Vacancies
Education coordinators are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of their school’s curriculum. They work with teachers, students, and other staff members to ensure that all parties are on the same page when it comes to what is being taught in class and how it is being taught. Education coordinators are tasked with developing new programs or initiatives for their schools in their district setting. This might include creating new courses, updating existing ones, or even starting entirely new programs such as after-school clubs or extracurricular activities.

Education Coordinator Duties
Education coordinators typically have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
 Providing guidance and support to students who are struggling with their studies or grades
 Overseeing the hiring process for new teachers, principals, and other staff members
 Coordinating student activities such as field trips, assemblies, and graduations
 Managing budgets for schools, departments, or programs
 Planning curricula, course offerings, and lesson plans to meet state standards or the needs of individual students
 Providing guidance and support to teachers in the classroom or on special projects
 Consulting with parents about their children’s progress in school
 Providing guidance on student discipline or behavioral issues to teachers and
administrators
 Developing programs and materials that meet state standards and federal guidelines for education

We are looking for an Administrative Officer who will support our daily office procedures and ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis. Your duties will include office stock management٫ reporting on expenses and office budgets٫ organizing company records and providing administrative support to employees.

A successful candidate should have previous experience as an Office Administrator or other related administrative role. Besides٫ we expect you to have working knowledge of office equipment and office management tools.

Administrative Officer Responsibilities are:
 Control and organize office supplies stock
 Schedule in-house and external events٫ maintain corporate calendar and book meeting rooms

4. Project Coordinators – 5 Vacancies
GTP is seeking to hire a project coordinator who will be in charge of assisting our project managers in organizing our ongoing projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. To be successful as a project coordinator, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. A bachelor's degree in a related field of study and at least three (3) years of relevant experience is required for consideration.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
 Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
 Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
 Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
 Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
 Ensuring project deadlines are met.
 Determining project changes.
 Providing administrative support as needed.
 Undertaking project tasks as required.
 Developing project strategies.
 Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
 Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

 Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
 Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

Project Coordinator Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.
 Three years of experience in a related field.
 Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
 Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
 Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
 Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
 Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
 Ability to work on tight deadlines.
