Warehouse Supervisors (5)
Position: Warehouse Supervisors (5)
Location: Dar Es Salaam
Key Responsibilities will include:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient utilization of space and resources.
• Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to achieve performance goals.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to track and manage stock levels.
• Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with relevant teams to reconcile discrepancies.
• Enforce quality standards for incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Promote and enforce safety protocols within the warehouse, adhering to Tanzanian occupational health and safety regulations.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions.

Qualifications:

• Male candidates are preferred.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; additional education or certifications in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar role.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes.
• Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects, as well as standing for extended periods.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
