VACANCY
We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Assistant who will oversee all IT related activities within the group companies in Tanzania. He/she will be reporting to the IT Manager with a dotted line to the Head of Technical.
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in: Business administration, CT and Public relations
• 4yrs. CS Experience, One year in leadership Customer Life cycle management
• CS certification
Key Roles:
• Responsible for leading a team in the design, implementation and execution of strategies that manage customer touch points, activations/onboarding, service support, retention, loyalty and revenue growth.
• He/She makes recommendation & actions to improve subscriber billing, payment channels and posting retention processes and exposure to customer retention and revenue risks.
