JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Speaking,reading and writing in Chinese language.
2. Provides both simultaneous and consecutive interpretation support.
3. Translate Chinese intermediate to advance level printed materials including technical manuals and Chinese foreign languages periodicals into grammatical English.
4. Participate in analytical meetings or conferences when applicable.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
1. Excellent oral and written communication skills
2. Interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy
3. Give attention to details
4. Experience of working with Chinese company will be an added advantage.

Job Details
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF CLO
1. Involves in Public relation,community consultants,calls for tender and other methods approved by Project Manager based on the policies and guidelines of the programme.
2. Organizing and conducting community needs and assets assessments.
3. Assisting with procurement activities for consultancy and non consultant services including preparing terms of reference,request proposals,evaluation reports and contract documents.
4. Communicating with internal and external stakeholders and members of the public.
5. Maintaining confidential documents and files.
6. Using negotiation and conflict resolution skills to resolve issues quickly.
7. Preparing reports, correspondences and other documents to support community updates.
8. Facilitating conversation between relevant community members.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
1. Proven experience as a Community Liaison officer or similar role
2. Excellent Communication skills
3. Bachelor degree in Community Development or related field
4. Experience not less than 2 years.
5. Female are highly encouraged to apply.
