As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be a vital part of our industrial construction projects, ensuring cost-efficiency and project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for industrial construction projects.
- Analyze project specifications, contracts, and design documents.
- Monitor project budgets and provide cost control measures.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Prepare tender documents and manage procurement processes.
- Conduct value engineering and cost-benefit analysis.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
