Maple Group is seeking a dedicated Operations and Safety Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the efficiency of our operations while maintaining a strong focus on safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize day-to-day operational processes across various services.
- Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
- Train and educate employees on safety best practices.
- Collaborate with operations teams to improve efficiency and reduce risks.
- Monitor and report on operational and safety performance.

- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in safety management software and tools.
- NOSHC 1 certification will be an added advantage.
