Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team. The Industrial Engineer will play a vital role in optimizing manufacturing processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met within our clients' facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement within manufacturing facilities.
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and increase product quality.
- Utilize industrial engineering tools and techniques, such as time and motion studies, to analyze and optimize work processes.
- Design and implement lean manufacturing principles and practices to eliminate waste and streamline operations.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure that changes and improvements are effectively implemented and sustained.
- Evaluate the impact of new technologies and automation on manufacturing processes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for further improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to manufacturing teams on best practices and process improvements.

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Industrial Engineer, with a track record of successful process optimization and improvement.
- Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles, techniques, and tools.
- Proficiency in process simulation and optimization software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with manufacturing industry standards and regulations.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of automation and Industry 4.0 concepts is an advantage.
