Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The Industrial Cleaning Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing cleaning operations within manufacturing facilities, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of industrial cleaning staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate cleaning activities to meet client requirements and project deadlines.
- Inspect manufacturing facilities to assess cleaning needs and ensure compliance with cleaning standards and protocols.
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures, safety measures, and quality control processes.
- Monitor the use of cleaning agents, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inspections, and inventory.
- Collaborate with clients and address any specific cleaning requirements or concerns.
- Ensure the safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials, if applicable.
- Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among cleaning staff.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve cleaning processes and reduce environmental impact.

- Physical fitness and the ability to work in various environmental conditions.
- Understanding of environmental regulations related to industrial cleaning is a plus.
