ICT FOR DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
ICT For Development Coordinator at WaterAid October, 2023
Location: Dar Es Salaam
The ICT4D Coordinator is responsible for introducing digital technologies and innovation in the WAT program and influencing initiatives. S/He will work very closely with the programs, policy and advocacy, MEAL, Communications and Research and Knowledge Management teams to promote and explore innovative approaches and introduce ICT4D elements to deliver greater quality programmes and impact for the beneficiaries. In addition, the ICT4D Coordinator will administer and maintain WAT ICT software and hardware infrastructure and systems and ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of ICT services.
He/she will also ensure that ICT infrastructure remains in tandem with technological advancement while working with the SMT, RT and London in advising on how emerging user and systems needs can be met. The ICT4D Coordinator will be responsible for introducing digital technologies and innovation in the WAT program and influencing initiatives as a priority. In addition, the ICT4D Coordinator will administer and maintain WAT ICT software and hardware infrastructure and systems and ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of ICT services.
