Accounts Receivables Clerk

We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Receivables Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations by processing and monitoring incoming payments and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts among other responsibilities.
The candidate should be detail-oriented and have an excellent knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks and Tally.

We are currently looking to hire a Sales & Customer Care Representative who can cater to the business needs and objectives of a Telematics and Fleet Management company.The right candidate will be posted in Arusha, Tanzania and must have the following skills:
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: Acquire complete information on all Utrack products and familiarize yourself thoroughly with the target market for each product.
- CRM Utilization: Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools in all procedures involving selling Utrack products.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals and present them to prospects.
- Reporting: Generate reports, daily work records, and sales prospect summaries, demonstrating full activity and follow-ups. These reports should indicate progress toward meeting set goals.
- Tender Proposals: Create detailed proposals for tenders or bidding processes to meet the Tenderer’s requirements.
- Communication: Effectively communicate new product and service opportunities, competitor activity, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to Management.
- Marketing Events: Participate in marketing events such as seminars, workshops, trade shows/fairs, and promotion campaigns.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent
- 3+ Years of Experience in Fleet and tracking management companies
- Solid Achievement as Sales and Marketing Executives
- Experience in sales management and dealing with clients
Accounts Receivables Clerk

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
- The candidate should Identify customers with back-due accounts and notify them by email or telephone.
- The candidate should have Negotiation skills. Negotiate payment plans, maintaining debtors’ accounts and collection period.
- Customer care skills. Contact customers and remind them about their payments politely.
- The candidate should Contact clients with overdue payments.
- The candidate should send final notice and make direct contact with customers who fail to make payments.
- Making daily follow-ups of cheque collections from customers and delivery of invoices to clients.
- The candidate should coordinate with other departments in order to solve clients effectively.
- Regularly reconciliation of clients’ accounts.
- Daily, Weekly and monthly preparations of collections.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum Experience of 2 years
- Degree in Accountant and Finance Management or equivalent.
