Position: CATERING SUPERVISOR
Duty Station: Dar es salaam
Qualification & Experience
- Certificate of hotel management , catering ,food and beverage service and sales or any relevant field from VETA 1-2 years of experience in catering service.
- Age between 20-50 Years

- Recruiting and training staff
- Creating menus
- Planning schedules and shifts
- Budgeting
- Enforcing health and safety regulations
- Maintaining inventories
- Ordering supplies
Housekeeping and Garden Supervisor
Housekeeping and garden supervisor at Flamingo Company Limited October, 2023
Position: Housekeeping and garden supervisor
Duty Station: Dar es Salaam
Qualification & Experience
- VETA Certificate from qualified institution the following courses; housekeeping management or gardening and land scraping
- Age between 25 to 35
Job Description
- Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Oversee staff on a daily basis
- Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
- Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
- Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
- Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
- Respond to customer complaints and special requests
- Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves
- Participate in large cleaning projects as required
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas.
