Job Purpose:
As a Manager Consulting Auditor, your primary responsibility will be to ensure strict compliance with established systems, procedures, and policies while identifying and addressing any exceptions. Additionally, you will provide valuable recommendations to streamline processes, represent Internal Audit in process review and improvement projects, and offer consulting support in user acceptance testing and procedure manual development.

This role also involves ensuring proper documentation, approval, communication, and understanding of policies and procedures among staff. You will provide advisory services in collaboration with the Chief Audit Executive and/or Audit Manager, conduct branch cash snap checks, and review financial statements for anomalies before publication.
Key Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Conduct special reviews as required.
- Prepare and submit the draft concurrent plan for the Chief Audit Executive's review.
- Ensure compliance with the annual concurrent/consulting Audit plan.
- Follow up on high-risk corrective action plans from previous audits and provide quarterly reports.
- Prepare monthly status reports on corrective action plans for Management Risk Committee and EXCO.
- Timely preparation and submission of BOT (Board of Trustees) reports.
- Close out confirmed implemented issues on the Team central.
- Develop, update, and maintain risk procedures and systems related to risk identification, assessment, monitoring, mitigation, and reporting.
- Ensure effective adoption and utilization of risk management tools.
- Drive the remediation of risk management exceptions identified during audits or risk reviews.
- Promote a risk management culture.
- Provide quarterly assurance on Risk Maturity Road Map.
- Assist in preparations for Board meetings.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Head of the Unit, such as assisting in the review of risk assignments.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Strong audit skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical skills to assess complex situations and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in report writing, communication, and presentation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
Academic / Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
