Telesales Agent Intern ( 4 Posts ) at Platinum Credit LTD August, 2023
Job Functions
• Responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls
• Responsible for achieving individual sales target
• Informing clients about market trends
• Implement the company’s policies
• Cooperate and mobilize team members to achieve the set team sales target
• Reporting to the supervisor about customer’s issues and opine on how they can be sorted.

Job Qualification & skills
• At least an Ordinary diploma in any business related field
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Good communication skills
