Position Title Storekeeper
Reports To: Logistic and Procurement Management
Employment Duration June 2023 to June 2025
Job Type Full Time
Purpose and scope of assignment
Storekeeper is responsible for maintaining an automated and physical supply inventory database, updating database of materials, supplies, equipment and preparing necessary related reports to verify inventory levels and determining re-order activity and usage status.
Job responsibilities
• Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.
• Track documents and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.
• Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum
levels.
• Observe and report any relevant information regarding warehouse.
• Responsible for packing, labelling and maintaining good warehouse arrangement.
• Responsible for periodic stock rotation and updates.
• Oversee the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and minor repairs.
• Manage supplier relations and maintain high ethical relationships both internally and externally.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement regarding Purchase Order and other procurement activities.
• Responsible for shipping cancelled or damaged items back to suppliers as appropriate.
• Any other task as directed by superior.

Purpose and scope of assignment.
Site nurse will be responsible for developing and implementing Health and Safety programs, assessing
health risks in addition to the prevention and treatment of resultant illness or injury. Site nurse should
promote good health among employees by implementing necessary measures and keeping health
records for every employee and maintaining good communication with company management
regarding healthcare and safety.
Job responsibilities
•Provide emergency support and treatments at the work place.
•Develop and implement health and safety programs.
•Follow-ups on admiƩed staff to check their progress and communicate to management accordingly.
•Compile and maintain accidents and injury register.
•Maintain clinic files and correspondence to ensure informaƟon are well kept and available when
required.
•Refer paƟents to approved medical service providers for review and further management.
•Ensure Clinic environments are clean and comfortable.
•Monitor and replenish drugs to maintain adequate stock levels.
•Organize and conduct prevenƟve health programs to enhance employees wellness.
•Organize and conduct prevenƟve and health care for employee’s awareness on pandemic diseases, HIV
and other related.
•CordinaƟng with HR Department regarding WCF necessary informaƟon or documents for facilitaƟng
claims.

Job Qualification, Experience and Skills
Applicants should demonstrate the following:
•Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
•5 years progressive experience.

Purpose and scope of assignment.
Welders will be responsible for welding various metal components to AWS or EN 9606-1 standards. The ideal candidate preferred to have a proven track record of welding experience in the oil and gas industry and be able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Job responsibilities
•Welding components to AWS or EN 9606-1 standards using various welding techniques (e.g. TIG, MIG,
Stick welding) with 6G position.
•Reading and interpreƟng welding blueprints, specificaƟons, and technical drawings to ensure proper
welding techniques and procedures are followed.
•InspecƟng and tesƟng welded joints to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
•Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety procedures and wearing
appropriate protective equipment.
•Maintaining welding equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condiƟon.
•CollaboraƟng with other team members and communicaƟng with supervisors to ensure project
deadlines are met.
•DocumenƟng welding procedures and techniques to ensure compliance with industry standards and
