Job Location : Head Office
Job Purpose:
In line with the strategic objectives of the bank, responsible for coordination and implementation of the Marketing and Branding activities of NMB branches, products and services, as well as providing strategic communication services in terms of advertising and media to ensure income growth.

Main Responsibilities:
- Initiate and develop a marketing and branding strategy consistent with NMB's strategic plan for both internal and external customers.
- Develop annual marketing calendar in line with the business strategy
- Prepare annual marketing budget. (Defining customer experience, annual operating plan & product lifecycle)
- Plan, execute and measure all digital marketing including SEO, email, social media, website and display advertising campaigns.
- Conduct market research, gather, and analyze information to identify new markets and get customer insights.
- Manage the Go to Market strategy, Marketing mix, events, sponsorships, product launches, strategic & tactical interventions.
- Manage the Brand strategy to achieve top of mind awareness and brand saliency score, controlling marketing communications budget, recommend promotional cost budgets and ensures that promotional activities do not exceed approved budgets.
- Instruct and coordinate third party vendors like marketing, digital, advertising and events agencies.
- To ensure consistent implementation of the bank's products awareness in the market
- Lead in designing and ensure availability/visibility of appropriate business promotion materials for various customer engagement activities.
- Assist branches in business and sales-promotion activities.
- Coordinate in-house marketing training initiatives.
- Coordinate the bank's marketing initiatives in order to meet revenue growth objectives.
- Forecasting and identifying customer needs through marketing programmes.
- Ensure all marketing activities are in compliant with applicable laws.
- Organize, attend and represent the bank in exhibitions and other special events with commercial nature
