The team you’ll be part of
NPO Project Manager is accountable for NPO business and responsible for all NPO projects for the assigned customer(s)
Delivers NPO (NPO) services for all technologies required in Customer network deployment.
One of the decision maker/authorisations on sales, costs and profitability at start, during, and end of project deliveries which will affect overall regional business targets.
Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

Recommended:

As part of our team, you will:
  • Customer Relationship Management in NPO delivery phase including improvement of customer satisfaction and identifying up selling opportunities
  • NPO business management related to contract renewal process, NPO business planning and analysis and sales and profitability development
  • Operational management including provision of NPO services and monitoring how NOKIA meets the customer SLA
  • Ensure NI/NPO processes are implemented cost effectively according to the roll-out plan and work is complete on time and to Project Quality requirements
  • Ensures alignment with BUSINESS SOLUTIONS regarding NPO Project resource development and NPO process & tool updates
  • Manage subcontractors, contractors and 3rd parties whenever applicable

Your skills and experience
You have:
  • +10 years’ experience as NPO Engineer/Lead
  • +3 years’ experience as Project Manager
  • Project planning, control, and reporting
  • Understanding of Nokia business and project delivery mode of operation
  • Project Management certification
  • Good presentation skills
  • Project Cost, Quality and Performance Management

It would be nice if you also had:
  • Strong NPO Business Management competence
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Team Working and Experience in Multicultural Business environment
  • People management skills
