JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: BRAND AND CONTENT EXECUTIVE
REPORTING TO: HEAD OF MARKETING
LOCATION: DAR ES SALAAM

JOB SUMMARY
The Brand and Content Executive will be responsible for managing and delivering content for SportPesa and its pages, marketing assets, and other digital communications channels.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To establish and manage a detailed content roadmap and digital calendar to keep our experiences fresh.
- To plan, monitor, and oversee integration across digital channels to create a cohesive user journey.
- Lead in Coordinating with internal partners to personalize experiences for our customers.
- Assist in the creation, deployment, and management of digital assets.
- Monitor analytics, audience sentiment, social media trends, brand awareness, and online reputation
- Goal setting and tracking ROI for Marketing Channels
- Strong copywriting abilities
- Stay up to date with viral trends, best practices, and technologies
- Leverage analytics and A/B testing capabilities to improve marketing strategies and report KPIs.
- Identify new digital and traditional marketing trends, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry development.
- To lead and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Compile weekly/monthly reports per sub-departments to the supervisor showing ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and brand influencers to make sure that content rollout is done efficiently and effectively
- Carry out any other duties which are reasonably deemed to be consistent with the demands and responsibilities of this role.

- University degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, relevant field, or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of Marketing or Digital Marketing industry

- Must be able to work alone and in a team
- Able to perform under tight deadlines
- Strong command of the English language, Kiswahili is an asset

JOB TITLE: DIGITAL EXECUTIVE

Job summary
The Digital Executive will be responsible for creating and managing all content on Social Media, new site and growing the company’s online presence through Blogs, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all areas of digital marketing & social media distribution. This includes scheduling content, management, and optimizing all posts for reach and engagement.
- Maintain and manage multiple pages on different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Blog, and YouTube)
- Monitor analytics, audience sentiment, social media trends, brand awareness, and online reputation
- Goal setting and tracking
- Social media copywriting
- Stay up to date with viral trends, best practices, and technologies
- Work closely with Marketing on campaigns and branding to maintain the voice across all platforms
- Measure and monitor the effectiveness of media investment and optimize the brand communication/ engagement/ conversation based on insights from data analytics.
- Strategize and execute all social media, SEO/SEM and PPC campaigns.
- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry development.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns based on insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Compile Weekly/Monthly reports to supervisor showing ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and brand influencers to make sure that content rollout is done efficiently and effectively
- Drive new, incremental, and ancillary web traffic and/or other landing pages.
- Run third-party relationships to implement specific web/APP direct marketing programs.
- Advise the manager regarding open, pending, and upcoming IT tickets in the prioritized queue.

The Public relations and communication executive will be responsible for creating and maintaining a favorable public image for their employer or client by communicating programs, accomplishments and/or points of view. To lead, develop and drive implementation of the Public and Government relations, Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives throughout the company and delivering a culture of excellence in sustainability focus throughout the company.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning, developing, and implementing PR and communication strategies and initiatives to maintain and improve company image.
- Creating and producing literature for the company in conjunction with the marketing departments.
- Copywriting including blog posts and feature articles.
- Monitor and report the performance of all corporate assets including sponsorship based on insights.
- Managing enquiries from media, individuals, and other organizations.
- Researching, writing, and distributing press releases to targeted media.
- Organizing events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days, and press tours.
- Managing the PR aspects of any potential crisis.
