Working together with children, young people, our supporters and partners, we strive for a just world, tackling the root causes of the challenges facing girls and all vulnerable children.
We support children’s rights from birth until they reach adulthood. And we enable children to prepare for – and respond to – crises and adversity. We drive changes in practice and policy at local, national and global levels using our reach, experience and knowledge.
We have been building powerful partnerships for children for over 85 years, and are now active in more than 75 countries.
The Opportunity
Through Programme Y.O.D.A (Your Organisation’s Data and Analytics), Plan is changing its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution and is taking a virtual approach to Y.O.D.A training.

You will use your expertise to propose new activity types and better ways of working.
In this role you will develop system simulations and other interactive online activities using Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline (TBC). Whilst some online simulations are templated, others will require you to liaise with subject matter experts and apply instructional design skills to create engaging activities which meet agreed learning objectives.
