Role Description:

Responsible for recruiting junior staffs, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures and also responsible for administrative tasks and contribute to making the company a better place to work.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining company culture
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Managing every aspect of the employment process including orientation and training of new staffs

Reporting to the Production Manager, the role will be responsible for the overall supervision and monitoring of all production activities and monitor and comply with all company safety and security procedures and practices throughout the plant.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop operations teams and processes.
  • Monitor and comply with all Company Safety & Security procedures and practices throughout the plant,tailings and slimes.
  • Monitor all Production activities as per guidelines.

  • Delegate and directs plant foremen in the performance of their duties and communicate production information to the plant manager or General Manager and crews to enhance performance.

Role Description:
Manage daily Security operational duties by coordinating all Security Stakeholders in the Mine, Managing the Compliance on VPSHR, Preparations of all Reports required by Mine Chief Security Manager. Follow up of relevant report writing and logging on CiiMS. Advice the Security Manager and the company on matters relating to security.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to oversee all security operations duties in a daily basis and reports to the Mine Chief Security Manager
  • Responsible to coordinate all Security Stakeholders in the mine.
  • Responsible to attend all the meeting in absence of Mine Chief Security Manager.
  • Responsible to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Responsible to provide guidance to disciplinary actions to employees within the department.
  • Responsible to interpret and apply company policies, procedure or rules.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships and an effective / sound communication system with WDL and in operations of security functions.
