Job Description
Activities
1. Support o Provide daily support to all Workday and Integrity users o Manage user access and rights in both environments o Organise the access to the various on-line trainings available by Workday and Integrity o Maintain proper and up-to-date technical documentations and training manuals o Ensure the optimal and efficient usage of the systems among users
2. Deployment o Assist the current deployment of Workday and Integrity o Manage the following deployment projects of the additional Workday modules (adaptative planning, inventory, …) o Manage the integration with other business systems (such as Maintenance, Payroll, digital signature, scanning) o Open Business cases in Workday Community for identified issues
o Follow the evolutions and upgrades of the systems and their impact for the users
3. Systems o Guarantee and follow both systems quality, performance and availability o Follow the integrity of the data as recurrent action
o Organize and conduct business reviews (needs + functional evolutions, priorities) and carry out a complete follow-up of the requests impacting the tools for the activity of the client business
o Implement indicators to monitor and improve activity (management of cost, problem rate, productivity, etc.) o Ensures QA/QC on data integration
4. Others o Guarantees with the solutions and service providers the maintenance of the overall applications operations’ quality and performance
o Coordinate the "Key-users" network with business entities o Be the main point of contact for Workday and FIS o Follow the budget related to the two systems
o Ensures compliancy of every datasets with operations, projects and business processes standards

Accountabilities
The Business Analyst assists the business in defining and modeling their needs, constraints and requirements. As a functional specialist, analyzes the needs of the business lines, verifies the adequacy of the IST supporting the activities of the business, and proposes innovative solutions (process and / or technical) to meet the needs.
The Business Analyst has also an operational responsibility in the delivery of the services.

- Bachelor degree in Finance or HR Experience :
- 8 to 10 years experience in technical specialty (ERP and HCM applications support, security, data management)
- Proficiency in the usage of business systems / ERPs: Finance, HR, Contract & Procurement, Cloud-based solutions and services. Finance background and experience is a plus
