Customer Service Officer
Position:
Customer Service Officer

Reporting to: Business Centre Manager
Responsibility:
Provides support to Business Centre Manager in day to day activities related to data entry inVFT MFB system
Provide satisfactory customer service toVFT internal and external customers

Main tasks
  • Attends customer inquiries
  • Promotes/markets Savings. .
  • Directs customers to respective officer or right channel
  • Monitors/attends customers’ATM usage.
  • Register and solve customers’ compliances.
  • Pass right information to customers
  • Issues marketing tools such as fliers to customers
  • Ensure accurate data entry.
  • Acknowledges bank correspondence.
  • Sends disbursement sheet to Central Processing Center I I Post and receive the Business Centre Parcels..
  • Does photo copy and printings.
  • Keeps the Business Center stationeries.
  • Keeps under safe custody all clients loan collaterals, files, documents and other valuable item
  • Opens savings accounts
  • Petty cash reimbursement/disbursement as per policy
  • Effect cash and cheque payment s as per authorized, approved or request voucher
  • Ensure payment of services delivery agents/partners e.g. bills, contractors, labour wages if any
  • Purchases of office items e.g. water, sugar, utensils e.t.c

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting,
  • Must have a clear understanding of data entry and technology.

Call Centre Officer

Position: Call Centre Officer
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Responsibility

Call Center Officer is required to ensure maximum customer satisfaction by receiving customer calls and handling customer enquiries on time.

Main Tasks
  • To initiate reconciliation process by calling customers from customer suspense account for the customers paid via Mobile operators..
  • To record customer inquiries & complains from outgoing calls and respond accordingly or assign responsible parties and follow-up response
  • To collect exit customer feedback and customer satisfaction survey especially for drop-out customers with good repayment history.
  • To conduct Disbursement tests before loan and/or after loan disbursement on sampling basis especially for loans above branch level.
  • To report suspicious/alarming call findings to supervisor/Head of department.
  • To conduct Delinquency test from CRM portal to establish if true and produce complied report to responsible parties and Management.
  • To prepare weekly/monthly consolidated Customer feedback from outgoing calls, disbursement and delinquency test report for SMT.

Education/Experience
  • Bachelor Degree in Customer Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources or any related field.

Loan Officer

Position: Loan Officer
Reporting to: Branch/Business Centre Manager
Responsibility
To build and maintain a high quality loan portfolio which involves identifying clients, implementing and managing a credit program within a designated operation area of VFT-MFB and in accordance to the set policy and procedures.

Main Tasks
  • Does client recruitment and orientation to VFT-MFB loan products and services.
  • Process loan applications and do follow up on loan repayments.
  • Provide quality and good customer service to clients this include business counselling.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Business administration and Community Development.

Position: Personal Assistant
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer
Responsibility
Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and ensure smooth management of day to day affairs, and most effective use of his/ her time. Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner and take initiatives as appropriate in CEO’s absence.

Main Tasks
  • To manage CEO’s electronic diary and manage his calendar appointments accordingly
  • To manage CEO’s travel arrangements for Business and personal activities.
  • Ensure all incoming correspondences are dealt with by the CEO or other staff as appropriate.
  • Maintain records of CEO’s contact, data management and filling
  • Screen calls, inquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriate.
  • Organize meetings and ensure the CEO is well prepared for those meetings, prepare meeting agendas, pre-meeting briefings, meeting papers and minutes preparation.
  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports, presentations for the CEO and proof read all incoming & outgoing documents.

To develop business plan and annual work plan of the Business Centre and ensure an efficient performance of the Business Centre to achieve the set targets.To market VFT-MFB products and services & conduct market survey within the prescribed areas of operation.

Main tasks
  • To ensure efficient performance of the Business Centre
  • Ensures that the Business Centre meets or exceeds the targets as agreed upon the business plan.
  • Chairs Business Centre Credit Committee and participates in evaluating, approving or rejecting loans according to policies.
  • Implements policies, procedures and internal controls at the Business Centre.
  • Oversees implementations of internal controls, audit issues and compliance at the Business Centre.
  • Mentoring and coaching of staff and maintains a harmonious working relationship among the staff.
  • Monitors staff performance and coordinates with P&C on performance management.
  • Develop & maintains good working relations with staff, customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction.
