Position: Technical Office Engineer (2 Positions)
JVACEE is Urgently Looking for Technical Office Engineer to fill Two (2) available vacancies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS NEEDED:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (with 5-7 years of experience in technical office).
- Computer proficiency: AutoCAD, Word and Excel are a must.
- Proven experience with technical drawings and details.
- Extensive knowledge of different machines repair and Maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of structure & electro-mechanical design concepts and strong coordination skills.

- Knowledge of design standards, local codes and government regulations.

Position: Senior Material Controller (3 Positions)

JVACEE is Looking for the Following Candidates to fill the below position :-
SENIOR MATERIAL CONTROLLER – 3 POST.
- Bachelor degree of Commercial, Procurement and Supplies Management, Materials Management.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Age Limit Not more than 32 years old.

- Responsible for the interface between the IPT/IWT (Integrated Project/Working Team), Planning Function, Material Suppliers/Sources and Material Delivery.
- Providing support to the Principal Material Controllers for specific areas.
- Promote and comply with Company SHE, security, mandatory training and business requirements.
- Ensuring that material issues are resolved in a timely manner, kept up to date or escalating where appropriate.
- Prepare and collate data, to support departmental reports.
- Receive and book goods in to correct locations in an accurate and timely manner, liaising with intercompany and planning teams for any discrepancies or quality issues.
- Deal with any stock discrepancies or quality issues efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of products and processes involved in the day to day delivery of goods.
- Support and suggest the effective management of inward & outward flow of inventory.
- Use ERP System supply chain module.
Position: Material Controller (3 Positions)

MATERIAL CONTROLLER – 3 POST.
- Bachelor degree of Commercial, Procurement and Supplies Management, Materials Management.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Age Limit Not more than 28 years old.

KEY DUTIES
- Receive and book goods in to correct locations in an accurate and timely manner, liaising with intercompany and planning teams for any discrepancies or quality issues.
- Deal with any stock discrepancies or quality issues efficiently.
- Support and suggest the effective management of inward & outward flow of inventory.
- Accuracy on company software and ensuring tight stock control and stock rotation using FIFO principles.
- Use ERP System supply chain module.
