Area Sales/Marketing Manager
POSITION: AREA SALES/MARKETING MANAGER
LOCATION: DAR-ES-SALAAM, TANZANIA
AREA COVERAGE: DAR ES SALAAM-MOROGORO-DODOMA-MBEYA-IRINGA-MTWARA-LINDI
REPORTING TO: MANAGING DIRECTOR, GENERAL MANAGER, FINANCE MANAGER, HR & ADMIN SUPERVISOR

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration with a focus on Sales/Marketing
  • Minimum 3 Years Work Experience in the alcoholic beverage industry ( wine specific if feasible)
  • Familiarity with relevant sales software technology
  • Outgoing with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sharp negotiations and business acumen skills
  • Team Player
  • Well-developed leadership skills

RESPONSIBLE FOR: SALES ASSISTANT KEY ACCOUNTS
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To establish Yearly Sales Target & Budget For entire Sales Team
  • To set-up & establish Yearly Marketing Budget For the Region & Plan of Activities & Promotions
