Description
Pathfinder International is driven by the conviction that all people, regardless of where they live, have the right to decide whether and when to have children, to exist free from fear and stigma, and to lead the lives they choose. As a global health organization with locally led, community-driven programs, we support women to make their own reproductive health decisions. We work with local partners to advance contraceptive services, comprehensive abortion care, and young people’s sexual and reproductive rights in communities around the world—including those affected by poverty, conflict, climate change, and natural disasters. Taken together, our programs enable millions of people to choose their own paths forward.
This new role of Chief, Global Services, is part of Pathfinder’s shift to a more Country-Led operating model. Through this Pathfinder is transitioning from a traditional international INGO structure to one where authority and resources are placed closer to where our work is performed. In so doing, we expand our mission impact as an equitable, inclusive, and just organization.
The Chief, Global Services is accountable for establishing, deploying and monitoring effective, sustainable mission-enabling shared enterprise services to support the organization’s delivery of quality, growth, impact and excellence in our programs.
The Chief, Global Services, is a member of Pathfinder’s senior leadership team reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. With other senior leaders, the incumbent is accountable for Pathfinder’s strategy, programmatic and operational results, and organizational well-being. The Chief, Global Services regularly interacts with the Pathfinder Board of Directors.
