Role: Sales Trainer
The sales trainer will drive frontline training for the field sales and delivery teams. He/she will lead the development of short- and medium-term training and development for this group. They will ensure a high level of knowledge and competencies within the field sales and delivery team

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3 years proven work experience as a sales trainer and field-based coach in FMCG.
- Minimum 5 years hands on experience in field-based sales within FMCG industry
- Ability to conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
- Monitor sales objectives and results of each sales rep to assess training impact
- Monitor customer service NPS scores for delivery agents
- Onboard new salespeople and drivers by conducting orientation to sales process, conducting market orientation by scheduling market visits with senior reps and providing resources and assistance
- Collect feedback from trainers and managers about training programs
- Maintain updated records of all trainings
- Experience developing training content
