KASPA Technologies ltd is a supplier of office and security equipment. We also do sourcing
and importing. The office is looking for a competent candidate to fill the position of sales
and marketing officers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
β Find ways to sell products to meet target negotiated
β Recruit and trains other sales people in the art of selling
β Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise product awareness
β Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of
media (social, print etc.)
β Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
β Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers
β Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
β Prepare content for the publication of marketing material
β To ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by
management
β Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports regarding sales and marketing

β Advanced Secondary School Education (Form Six) with diploma in marketing, sales
or related field
β Strong communication and networking skills
β Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
β A team player with a customer-oriented approach
β Strong digital marketing skills
β Creativity and commercial awareness
β Proficiency with computer programs, such as word, excel and PowerPoint
β Proven 1year experiences as marketing officer, sales officer or similar role
β Must have a valid car driving license (compulsory)
β Age must be below 30yrs
