Job Description
- 100% compliance on HSEQ Policy, Rules and Regulation of the site.
- Attends the daily tailgate, area safety, quality circle & other relevant HSSEQ meetings.
- Reports at least one near miss per month and incidents immediately they occur.
- Ensure to comply and participate in the continuous improvement of ISO 9001:2015, ISO140001:2015, ONE MAESTRO and OE standards within the work area and all other safety charters
- Ensure accuracy of Daily Packaging receipt .
- Overall Packaging material stock management within the plant.
- Preparation of loading forms in SAP for Labels /Caps.
- Preparation of Delivery Note in SAP for Labels / caps.
- Posting of the labels / caps transfers in SAP.
- Participate in stock counting on daily basis.
- Reporting on the stocks counted/ status of packaging materials stocks.
- Participate in stock counting at the end of the Month.
- Conduct daily and monthly Packing material stock reconciliation
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
