JOB TITLE: Sales Representative (1 Post)
JOB LOCATION: Kilimanjaro-Moshi
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Sell KLICL products in allocated areas/KLICL outlet
b) Provide excellent customer service to clients
c) Record and attend customer complaints in his/her area of operation so as to maintain good customer relationship and protect Company’s interest
d) Maintain positive business relationships with customers to ensure future sales
e) Prepare daily and weekly sales plan and submit sales report including meeting sales target
f) Open up and develop new markets in his/her area of operation that in turn will translate into higher sales
g) Ensure that the shop is clean and KLICL products are properly arranged and displayed in an attractive condition
h) Manage stock and cash and ensure no loss is generated from the sales unit/KLICL shop
i) Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor
JOB TITLE: DRIVER 1 POSITION
JOB LOCATION: Kilimanjaro-Moshi

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Drive Company motor vehicles
b) Maintain and records vehicle logbooks
c) Responsible for safe-keeping of the vehicle and tools entrusted to him/her
d) Maintain disciplined behaviour and proper conduct in rendering services to his/her assignees.
e) Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and tools
f) Report promptly any defect or problems detected in the vehicle
g) Dispatch or collect documents/letters
h) Work on some minor repair of vehicles
i) Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

• Advanced Diploma/ Diploma

- Holder of Form IV or VI certificate (CSEE or ACSEE) with passes in English, Kiswahili plus an advanced drivers certificate Grade Two and traded Test Grade II in motor mechanics from a recognized institution. A valid class “C1” or class “E” driving license, with a minimum of 3 years work experience.
