We are looking for committed candidate to manage and supervise our road construction projects in various regions within the country.
We require a person be accountable for company’s materials/purchases and conduct him/herself in a friendly and professional manner to fulfill all relevant paperwork and administrative requirements where applicable as a Site Supervisor/Accountant
The ideal candidate should be flexible to work in any region in Tanzania and must have worked for a construction company before.

Responsibilities involved include;
- Liaison with company’s clients, employees and general public along the project.
- Hire subcontractors to fulfill the various tasks associated with the project.
- Solve conflicts as they arise and make sure everyone gets paid on time.
- Overseeing project execution activities spend more time at the actual site.
- Making sure subcontractors and direct employees show up on time and keep work on schedule.
- Keeping records on site actives and preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Ensure availability of enough site supplies and further ensure logistic for new supplies when needed.
- Managing company resources by making sure the project is performed within time and budget
- Attend site meetings when necessary with the client and follow through on all site instructions provided
