We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer to join the Creative Team.
JOB TITTLE: Senior Creative Designer
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job;
- Estimating the time required to complete the work, thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design;
- Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time;
- Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers;
- Working with a range of media, including computer-aided design (CAD) and keeping up to date with emerging technologies;
- Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work;
- Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print;
- Commissioning illustrators and photographers;
- Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.
- Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
- Plans concept by studying information and materials.
- Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
- Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
- Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment;
- Purchasing from vendors.
- Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements;
- following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions;
- Calling for repairs;
- Maintaining equipment inventories;
- Evaluating new equipment.
- Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops;
- Reviewing professional publications;
- Participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Accomplish other duties assigned by the management
