Establish Purpose and Relevance of the Role
Purpose of the role is to be responsible for general and specific Procurement and Logistics tasks.
Relevance of the role is to ensure that all Procurement and Logistics functions are well coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within the company.

She will be responsible for all office procurement and Logistics processes and procedures.

· Bachelor Degree in Procurement and Logistics
· Experience of at least 2 years in the same field.

· Ability to adhere to guidelines with minimum supervision

Define the Work to be performed:
- Develop and Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data in relation to purchases.
- Identify, review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options and maintain Supplier relationships.
- Coordinate with Quantity Surveyor and develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.
- Ensure proper documentation for procurement processes, inventory policy, process and procedures for the company.
- Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
- Maintain a database of suppliers in every region of Tanzania for materials, tools and services.
- Ensure that the products and supplies are of high quality to meet the standards required by the company.
- To conduct stock taking on a monthly basis and generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly procurement and Logistic reports for the Management.
