Key Areas of Accountability
- Organizing training, meetings and workshops as directed
- Act as Front Office desk i.e., provide general support to visitors, handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Ensures that all utilities are in place at all times
- Ensuring the office premises are clean at all times by supervising the office cleaners
- Ensuring sufficient working tools are at place at each office and at field offices
- Stores and Inventory management
- Manage the filing, storage and security of documents and correspondences i.e., subject files and ensure all documents are properly filled
- Ensure office facilities are in good order and well maintained
- To raise requests for all office supplies on time, to make follow up on the purchases and ensure that the supplies are provided for the required purpose
- Ensure all the purchased goods are received in store and have a delivery note
- Stores management including management stores books and produce monthly inventory report
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications and Experience - Diploma in any of the following fields: Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong analytical, planning, organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff
- Excellent communication skills and work well both independently or as members of a team
- Have the ability to follow complex oral and written instructions
- Ability to use the internet and e-mail
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience preferably in an NGO setting preferably an International Christian is desired
- Knowledge of stores management and handling procedures
- An understanding of organizational internal controls
