Overview
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager with a background of managing Zanzibar/Indian/Asian Food Menu. The ideal candidate must be a Tanzanian national comfortable working n an Indian and Zanzibar style restaurant setting, preferably speaking Hindi. - Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets
- Create innovative menus and promotions that drive revenue and foot traffic
- Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability
- In charge of procurement and inventory
- Responsible for overall restaurant customer service
