People Management: Coach, mentor and manage team members toward driving business objectives and ensuring colleague development | Compliance and Risk Management: Fulfil all activities in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards | Business Management: Manage the levels of performance and service standards that need to be achieved by translating the Business Unit’s strategy into achievable objectives and contracting these through the Performance Development process for the team.
