Job Description
Ensure that work is aligned with current strategy/policies. Ensure that
targets are reached. Communicate how strategy/policies have an impact on
the technical support desk. Set relevant targets in line with policies
and business plan. Improve relevant processes. Knowledge of other
relevant processes, and the interaction with them. Responsible for
developing, implementing and enforcing policies, standards, and
methodologies.
