Position Title: Inspirator on Civic Participation for Kilwa LRP
Roles:Currently, AATZ is looking for a qualified, experienced and self-motivated person to fill in the following posts below:
Position Title: Inspirator on Civic Participation for Kilwa LRP
- Enhanced meaningful participation of young men and women in decision making processes through mobilization and engagement in the existing government structures, and governance processes.
- Strengthen the capacity of the Local Rights Program and partners in area of civic participation
First Degree/Advanced Diploma in Sociology, Social Work or Development Studs /Political science with two years’ experience in youth development field related
Personal qualifications:
- Experience in advocacy and campaign work.
- Experience in working as volunteer and ability to be adaptable and flexible.
- Experience in young people mobilization in developing countries.
- Coordination of young people movements/ networks/alliances.
Position Title: Inspirator on Decent Work and Economic Opportunities Unguja Local Rights Program
Roles:
- Influence budget increase for youth economic empowerment and decent employment policies and strategies in place at local and national level
- Strengthen capacities of the Local Rights Programs and partners staff on decent work and economic opportunities and its linkages to related policies.
- Enhance meaningful participation of young men and women in decision making processes through mobilization and engagement in the existing government structures, and governance processes.

- Knowledge on youth development issues and youth development policy of the country
- First degree/Advanced Diploma in Sociology, Social Work or Development Studies with two years’ experience in youth development related fields including economic opportunities and policy works
Position Title: Inspirator on Civic Participation Empowerment for Pemba Local Rights Program
Roles:
- Enhance meaningful participation of young men and women in decision making processes through mobilization and engagement in the existing government structures, and governance processes
- Enhance the knowledge and skills of Pemba Youth Voice Organization to be able to engage with communities and government in demanding their rights
- Support partners to carry out action research to establish evidence for advocacy and campaigning

Roles:
- Influencing government to review, amend and enforce legislatives, systems and institutions
- To ensure improved generation of domestic resources for gender responsive public services funding.
