ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as a Health Information Systems (HIS) Lead in Tanzania. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic vision for electronic systems used to collect, manage, analyze, report, visualize, and disseminate data collected for ICAP’s proposed project.
ICAP
seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the HIS Lead
position by March 14th, 2020.The successful candidate will hold an
advanced degree in computer science, health informatics, or a related
field and a minimum of ten (ten) years of experience in the design,
implementation, and management of HIV or related public health programs,
including experience in overseeing health information system projects.
Recommended:
The
incumbent will have a minimum of five (5) years of senior-level
experience with systems analysis, health enterprise architecture,
expertise with client-level data systems, data security and protection
of personal identifying information, and HIS Team Lead. The HIS Lead
will also have demonstrated experience with HIS development, experience
working with and presenting health-related data, and be proficient in
English.
