ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated
within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New
York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Project
Director for Health Information Systems (HIS) – Tanzania. The incumbent
will be provide strategic program, administrative, and financial
leadership for ICAP’s proposed project in Tanzania. The Project Director
will be the primary point of contact with CDC, regional and local
government counterparts, and partner institutions and will foster
partnerships and relationships between ICAP, CDC, and other
stakeholders.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the
Project Director position by December 15, 2019.The successful candidate
will hold an advanced degree in health informatics, epidemiology, public
health or related area and will have a minimum of ten (10) years of
experience in the design and implementation of HIV, HIS, or related
public health programs in resource-limited settings.
Recommended:
The incumbent will have a demonstrated track record working on US
Government-supported PEPFAR programs and will exhibit a high level of
diplomacy while working with government partners at the national or
regional levels. The Project Director will also have experience working
effectively managing large, complex projects and diverse teams.
