MAIN DUTIES
As the Sales Executive, you will form part of the SG Lodhia Gypsum Industries Sales leadership team and will report to the General Manager

Technical Accountabilities
- Development and execution of marketing communications programmes
- Analyze brand performance, brand competitiveness and product trends in the market.
- Consolidate current market share, grow market share in line with annual targets
- Development of independent country retailers to improve product proximity to end users
- Establishing the need to expand delivery service to selected markets.
- Instituting customer relationship management activities o Know intimately what appeals to particular customers, o Monitoring customer feedback and competitor product performance.
- Instituting timely tracking and resolution of customer complaints
- Conducting product demonstrations
- Staff training on product knowledge,
- Meet operational performance and financial targets
- Sales budget and control
- Create long term viability with innovative use of technology

- Relevant Marketing Degree
- Post Graduate Marketing Qualification would prefer Marketing
- Knowledge of current market
- Understanding of the manufacturing process
- Ability in increasing market share
- Ability to travel and be posted around the country is a must.
