Education
- Master’s degree in a field related to social sciences, economics, statistics and/or management
- Registered by a recognized institution as professional in field of specialization

- 4 years’ experience with the logical framework approach and other strategic planning approaches
- Familiarity with M&E methods and approaches (including quantitative, qualitative and participatory)
- Experience in planning and implementation of M&E systems for sector development
- Experience in M&E system design and computer data processing skills
- Experience in training and capacity building in M&E for development programs
- Excellent computer skills, conversant with Microsoft Office packages: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS project etc.
- Experience in training/ capacity building in M&E
