Education
  • Master’s degree in a field related to social sciences, economics, statistics and/or management
  • Registered by a recognized institution as professional in field of specialization

Experience
  • 4 years’ experience with the logical framework approach and other strategic planning approaches
  • Familiarity with M&E methods and approaches (including quantitative, qualitative and participatory)
  • Experience in planning and implementation of M&E systems for sector development
  • Experience in M&E system design and computer data processing skills
  • Experience in training and capacity building in M&E for development programs
  • Excellent computer skills, conversant with Microsoft Office packages: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS project etc.
  • Experience in training/ capacity building in M&E
  • Managerial and effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical, innovative, business oriented
  • Ability to work and communicate in an international environment and in communities of diverse cultures
  • Ability to work with multi-disciplinary team and run projects achieve the set goals
  • Skills in capacity building and transferring skills to local partners at national and local levels
  • Excellent computer and conversant with Microsoft Office packages
Duty station:
Dodoma / Dar es Salaam
Duration:
12 months (over a period of 36 months) on part time basis
