Recommended:
Education
- Degree in Construction Economics or Civil Engineering
- Master’s Degree in Contract Management or Procurement and Logistics Management
- Registered by a recognized institution as professional in field of specialization

- 10 years of overall experience out of which at least 5 years are in supervision of contracts, particularly works and service contracts
- Experience with contract management of DBO contract will be an added advantage
- Extensive knowledge of World Bank procurement procedures and guidelines. Familiarity with operating procedures of other development partners will be an added advantage
- Experience in handling/managing contracts signed and paid for by Government
- Experience in working with procurement teams to enhance procurement processes and improve tender and contract documents
- Experience in monitoring contract execution, computation of due payments against works executed and accurate measurement of completed works against related payments
- Experience in training/ capacity building in contract management

- Strong analytical capabilities and good skills to deal with Procurement Management issues innovatively and independently
- Excellent negotiation skills

- Excellent computer and conversant with Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent report writing skills
