comprises 178 spacious and well-appointed guest rooms, 4 restaurants
& bars, gym facility and the largest conference centre in town.
Situated at the foothills of Mount Meru, the fifth highest mountain in
Africa, the Hotel lies on 15 acres of serene and lush green gardens and
is surrounded by some of Africa's most breath-taking views, offering a
diverse array of 'Flora and Fauna'.

Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts preferred
- Diploma in Food Production or Hospitality Management from a recognised Hospitality School
- Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety and Hygiene in Catering
- Level 4 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace

Experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management role
- International experience within a luxury hospitality environment
- Experience in East Africa will be a plus but not essential
- Experience in implementing food safety & hygiene systems
- Experience in implementing HACCP food management system
- Proven track record for effective food costing, catering, productivity & workforce management
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex situations and new projects

- Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills both in written and verbal form
