Affairs services and Consultants company limited (ASCCL) was formed in 7th February, 2016 with business registration number 123921, and obtained its taxpayers identification number (TIN) 129-332-298 and its value added tax (VAT) and assigned VAT registration number (VRN) 40-023448-Q. We have registered by Government Procurement services Agency (GPSA) Agreement number 0015810 for provision of cleaning services and given letter of permission by Inspector General Police (IGP) with reference number PHQ/SO.I/PS/400/VOL.IV/32 for establishment of security Services Company. We are located at Kariakoo Street Lumumba CCM Regional building 2nd floor,Room by No.116 Dar es Salaam Tanzania.

JOB TITLE: SECRETARY (5 POST)
QUALIFICATIONS

Certificate or diploma in secretarial studies from recognized institution with at least one year of working experience, Must be a computer literate with typing speed of 50 w.p.m and shorthand of 100 0r 120 w.p.m  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
i. Ensure cleanliness of office
ii. Attend sectional visitors by welcoming, and providing them with relevant information and guidance in a view to meet their need and maintain good image of a company
iii. Arrange and maintain record of events including appointments meetings visiting schedules by
Keeping an updated diary of events to facilitate working schedule
iv. Take proper care of facilities and equipments and documents of the company
v. Draft letters of simple routine nature
vi. Attend to telephone calls and take message
vii. Perfome any other duties as assigned by supervisor  

JOB TITLE: LEGAL OFFICER (2 POST)
QUALIFICATIONS

Holder of bachelor degree in law from recognized institutions, with at least one year of working experience , Must have successfully completed one year at the school of law and registered as an advocate of high court and subordinate court

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
i. To advice the managing director on all legal matters
ii. To liaise with other national and international institutions in all matters pertaining to law, contracts and security matters affecting the company
iii. Ensure that collective agreements are respected
iv. Protect the image of the company in relation to its corporate and product brands
v. Analyze the probable outcome of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents
vi. To Interpret laws, rules and regulations to the company
vii. . Perform any other duties as assigned by his/her supervisor

JOB TITLE: SECURITY MANAGER (2 POST)
QUALIFICATIONS

Should ideally be a certified Security Professional with previous working experiences of not less than 3 years in Security Company, certifications from JKT, FFU, and JWTZ is a plus. A good command of English and Kiswahili in both written and spoken, to follow safety and security rules and procedures without compromises at all times are essential.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on with a positive, proactive and determined attitude. He/she will thrive through working in a busy environment and stay calm under pressure, have attention to details and must be ready to work anywhere she/he will be assigned age limit from 18 – 35 years.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
i. Supervise other Security Officers and conduct briefing for them
ii. Assign duties as per the instructions from his/her supervisor
iii. Prepare duty roster and conduct orientation for new employees
iv Coordinate with the local police when its required
v. Check the property on a daily basis for any damage or any incidents
vi. Guard entrance and exits and submit reports to his/her senior daily
Vii Ensure that security guards attend to their respective field has required
viii. Perform all tasks consistently in line with the company standards and adhere to all company legal and statutory requirements

JOB TITLE: SECURITY GUARDS (300 POST)
Qualifications and Experience

Must be able to read and write, Must have a national identity card or relevant information, Experience of not less than 6 months in a similar position or Security Professional course like JKT, FFU, JWTZ is a plus, Must be ready to work under pressure and anywhere that he/she may be assigned by his supervisor, age limit from 21 – 35 years.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
i. Providing routine security services to safeguard client visitors, assets against theft, pilferage, damage, misuse or sabotage at the assigned field
ii. Provides proposals and recommendations on necessary improvements on workflow;
iii. Implement and enforce all Security measures activities at the areas assigned
iv. Undertake patrols around the working field
vi Salvaging client properties that are not in safe environment and reporting same to the supervisors for safe custody
vii. Call police or fire department in case of emergency such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons
viii. Performs any other official duties as may be assigned from time to time.
ix. Warn persons of rule in fractions or violation and apprehend or a evict violators from premises using forces when necessary

JOB TITLE: ACCOUNTANTS (2 POST)
Holder of Diploma or Degree in accountancy from recognized institutions with at least one year of working experience, proficiency in use of Microsoft office especially Excel, ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information, Certified public accountant (CPA) is an added advantage, age limit from 18 – 35 years.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
i. Execute all accounting task including timely recording of transactions/cash management bank transaction and preparation of pay roll
ii. To maintain and monitor the books of accounts e.g ledge, cash book and all other records as required.
Iii. Ensure timely payment of salaries, taxes and other expenditure.
iv Check conformity and accuracy of payment request.
v. maintain Bank relationship, plan and monitor the cash flow requirement
vi. Coordinate and prepare internal budget controlling
vii. Prepare and submit obligatory reports to respective authorities (TRA and company client)
viii. Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
