Main Responsibility
Recruit new offline sales agents for B2B and B2C sales
Recruit new offline sales agents for B2B and B2C sales
Increase effectiveness of sales agents through ongoing training and development programmes
Create structured sales team management processes and tools to monitor and improve the perfomance of the teams
Build clear reporting processes
Work with related departments to improve the sales and customer experience.
Required Skills And Qualification
Minimum 2 years in Sale
Minimum one year managing offline sales teams
University degree
Strong written communication skills in English and Kiswahili
Strong analytical skills (Excel)
