Job Title: TB/HIV Coordinator (1 post)
Duty station: National TB and Leprosy Program – Dodoma
Reporting to: Program Manager
Duties and responsibilities:
To coordinate and monitor implementation of TB /HIV collaborative activities in the country.
To take lead in writing grant proposals for funding request for TB/HIV collaborative activities under CDC PEPFAR support.
To take lead in the development of technical guidelines and tools for TB/HIV collaborative services.
To provide technical support and guidance to regions and partners in implementation of TB/HIV collaborative activities.
To coordinate and conduct TB/HIV trainings and supportive supervisions on TB/HIV activities.
To prepare periodic financial and technical reports.
Any other duties as assigned by the Program Manager
Terms of engagement:
One-year contract, renewable
Experience and Qualifications:
University degree in Medicine or Dentistry from a recognized University.
Holder of Master of Public health/MSC, Epidemiology, Master of Business Administration will be an added advantage.
At least three years working in health care organizations or in Social science research institutions.
Be familiar with the tools and methodology used for both quantitative and qualitative data
Having ability to interact and work with different people
Must be creative and innovative in area of work
Must be creative and innovative in area of work
Strong communication skills, such as good data visualization skills and creative presentation techniques
Experience in management of infectious diseases such as TB, and TB/HIV
Strong proficiency in English and Kiswahili languages.
Flexible, Adaptable, Detail-oriented and Team Player.
Proficient in using Microsoft office applications, advanced excel is an added advantage.
Age limit: Below 45 years
