Responsibilities:
Maintaining and improving various human resources plans and procedures
Planning and organizing all activities of the department e.g onboarding
Managing support staff and HR team employees
Managing and supporting the organizational recruitment processes
Managing and supporting the organizational recruitment processes
Handling employee relations including resolving conflicts through professional mediation
Coordinating staff training and development
Ensuring health and safety standards are observed
Requirements:
- University degree
- IHRM certificate is a must
- Union experience is required
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- A background working in a similar position in
- Agricultural/Horticultural/FMCG/Manufacturing firms will be an added advantage
