Job Description
VGK COMPANY LTD WHO’S HEAD OFFICE IS AT TEGETA KIBO COMPLEX IS SEARCHING FOR WELL CAPABLE CASHIERS WITH FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY SKILLS;
A Diploma in Accountant
23-30 age Limit
High integrity
Female candidate are encouraged to apply
A minimum of 2 years of related experience;
Attention to Details
Good people/relationship skills;
Confidentiality.
Good communication skills in English and Kiswahili.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepares all daily, weekly, monthly and yearly report such as bank reconciliation statements, schedule of debtors, creditors, physical and cash count report.
Physical custody of, cheque bank drafts and stamps, unissued cheques, used and unused cheque books.
Manage all receivables to ensure prompt and regular follow up of collection of revenue from the regulated customers and amount due from staff members.
Prevention and detection of risk of fraud
Prepare and record all credit/debit notes and maintains credit/debit file
Record all receipts, journal vouchers, debit notes and petty cash summary and maintains respective file containing those documents
Check all imprest retirements from staff verify the cash refunded if agrees with physical documents and review the requisitions, imprest form, imprest retirement form and advance form together with receipt for purchases, invoices,delivery notes from suppliers and GRN from store to investigate compliance with our accounting procedure and if all documents agrees. E.t.c
